One Week charter experience in fantastic Chang archipelago
Discover a week of sensational cruising across the 52-island grouping of the Koh Chang National Marine Park aboard our premium yacht. You’ll visit destinations such as Koh Chang, Koh Ngam, Koh Wai, Koh Mak, Koh Kham, Koh Rang, and the spectacular Koh Kood.
In the November-April season the north-easterly winds bring calm seas and lakes-like anchorages on the west coast—giving you potentially private bays to yourself.
Best time to go: October to May (peak December to February)
Charter Yacht Prices:
Included in the price: Yacht rental fee, Fully trained professional staff including Captain, Engineer, Deckhand, fluent English speaking Steward/ess and Chef. Comprehensive insurance, crew food, drink and salaries. Quality fishing and snorkelling equipment and other toys depending on your chosen yacht.
Excluded in the price: Yacht fuel, Catering and Alcoholic Beverages. Thailand's Value Added Tax Rate 7%, Optional crew gratuities, and 30% APA (depending on your chosen yacht)
What is APA?
Advanced provisioning allowance (APA) is the extra fee that you pay in advance to cover the cost of provisions for your charter. The APA is paid on top of the charter fee. It helps to think of the advanced provisioning allowance as like opening a petty cash account for your captain and chef, because it’s the simplest way of tracking charter expenses while you’re on board.
What does APA cover?
The APA takes care of all the day-to-day operating expenses for your yacht charter. Everything from your food, drinks, fuel and customs fees. It also covers any special requirements or requests you might have while you’re onboard. We will provide you with an expense report and may request an additional top-up if the balance runs low. Any remaining balance will be returned to you after the trip.

A Day of Bliss
One Week Charter Itinerary
Mainland - Koh Chang - 10 to 25 NM cruise depending on anchorages.
Arrive at Koh Chang via minibus transfer (from Bangkok ~4.5 h) or daily flight to Trat + short transfer; charter begins. Cruise 10-25 NM to a serene anchorage, enjoy lunch onboard, relax, use water-toys, watch the sunset, and dine aboard.
Koh Chang to Koh Ngam, to Koh Wai and then onto Koh Mak - 18 to 28 NM cruise depending on anchorages.
Sail from Koh Chang to Koh Ngam, then Koh Wai and onward to Koh Mak. After lunch at Koh Ngam, cruise on and settle at Koh Mak for sundowners and dinner. Optional scuba dive: the HTMS Chang wreck lies just SE of Koh Chang, with shallower coral sites nearby—ideal for snorkeling too.
Koh Mak - 0 to 5 NM
A full day at Koh Mak. Explore its quiet bays by tender, visit Koh Kham just off the north coast for pristine white sands, or tour the island by foot, bike, taxi or scooter.
Koh Mak to Koh Rang and then onto Koh Kood - 18 to 28 NM cruise depending on anchorages.
Depart Koh Mak and cruise west to Koh Rang Marine Park. Enjoy top-tier snorkelling or diving among colourful reef life—and if you’re lucky you may encounter turtles or whale sharks. In the afternoon sail to the heavenly Koh Kood.
Koh Kood - 0 to 5 NM
Spend today at Koh Kood, anchoring in spectacular bays chosen for their scenery and conditions. With only ~30 resorts on the island, expect tranquillity even during busy periods; white-sand beaches and crystal-clear water give an almost Maldivian feel.
Koh Kood - 0 to 5 NM
Another day to unwind at Koh Kood. Take the tender or SUP up a river, hike to waterfalls, or enjoy lunch or dinner at a hillside Thai restaurant. Optionally book a spa or a luxurious meal at a 6-star resort like Soneva Kiri.
Koh Kood to Koh Chang - around a 35 NM cruise.
Late afternoon depart Koh Kood and head back to Koh Chang for your final night aboard. Approximate cruise: ~35 NM.
Koh Chang - Mainland
After breakfast on board it’s time to depart. We’ll arrange your choice of transport onward to the next destination.
